My name is Llew Adamson. I live in Cape Town, South Africa with my wife Lynn and 2 daughters (Kaylin and Leah). As a fintech futurist, I am interested in how technology can solve global problems, at the intersection of financial services and nascent technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, crypto, digital identity, and new software engineering & architectural paradigms. I currently direct Emerging Channels (Open Banking APIs and Conversational Banking) at absa (pan-African bank), tutor on fintech for Oxford and advise organisations on fintech and related platforms and finishing a PhD (Computer Science) with a thesis on Artificial Intelligence
